Services
Services are offered within the established scope of practice for psychologists in BC. All services include an assessment to ensure an appropriate and personalized fit.
Mindset & Habit Insights
A guided conversation that blends psychological insight and change strategies to help you articulate where you are, what you want in the years ahead, and how to build habits to support it.
Available as a single 90-minute session or as an ongoing series of 50-minute sessions.
Accountability Coaching
A psychology-informed approach to habit formation that removes self-criticism from the process. Together we identify the behaviours you’d like to shift and create steady, supportive accountability so healthy routines become a sustainable part of your life.
Available as 30-minute touchpoints or 50-minute sessions.
Mental Health Sessions
Mental health sessions focused on growth. Together, we strengthen mindset, build healthy coping skills, and support meaningful personal development. These sessions are designed for individuals seeking perspective, encouragement, and tools to navigate everyday challenges.
*Please see below for mental health concerns that are not a good fit for my practice at this time.
Presenting issues that are not the focus of my practice:
I do not offer services focused on: substance use, behavioural addiction (e.g., gambling, video games), PTSD, complex PTSD, eating disorders, or post-partum mental health concerns.
I do not offer services funded through ICBC, Worksafe BC, or as part of a Return to Work process.
I do not offer services to employees of Island Health. I serve in a Consultant role at Island Health. To prevent potential conflicts of interest and dual relationships from arising, I do not see employees of Island Health in my clinical practice.
