Combining psychological insight with the momentum of coaching.

As a Registered Psychologist with post-graduate training in organizational coaching, my practice draws on:

  • Evidence-based psychological approaches including cognitive behaviour therapy;

  • Solution-focused strategies, values-based goal setting, and self-leadership frameworks;

  • A strengths-based, collaborative process centered on insight, agency, and sustainable growth.

My communication tends to be candid and compassionate — offering perspective, practical insights, and actionable strategies.

Presenting issues and areas of focus that are well-matched for my practice include:

  • Anxiety disorders

  • Self-criticism and perfectionism

  • Sleep difficulties

  • Work Stress and Career Longevity

  • Leaders in modern work environment

My approach is especially suited to individuals who want to pursue new personal or professional growth, strengthen accountability, and embrace a forward-looking perspective.

I tailor sessions to individual needs and offer materials to support between-session work when useful. For every client I work with, the treatment process is guided by evidence, collaboration and the intention to enhance your knowledge and skill.

Over the last decade, I have worked across diverse public and private healthcare settings and treated a variety of presenting issues.
